A Review of the Toshiba Chromebook 2

When notebooks first came out in the early 2000s, they seemed to quickly fade away. After all, they were just standard laptops but with a low price and small size. In the last few years, Chromebooks have revived our interest in cheap small laptops. While the low price is an obvious advantage, there have been several improvements that make buying such a machine a really attractive purchase. Not only are they much faster, they also include a massive advantage of ease of usability and come in a highly appealing design.

The perfect example of these characteristics is the Toshiba Chromebook 2. Toshiba have finally managed to find the right balance needed to produce a high quality Chromebook. The design is really eye-catching as it is very slim and attractive. Combine this with the sleekness of the materials and the 13.3 inch display and you’ve easily satisfied the aesthetics that most people look for. The size and overall appearance is slightly similar to last year’s Macbook Pro and we consider this to be quite an impressive feat.

With the Toshiba Chromebook 2, we know that the display will be impressive. However, this will be even better if you opt for the full HD model, which has a 1080p IPS display, over the standard HD model.

The battery life of this machine is superb and this is a huge advantage for those looking to use this Chromebook on the go.

The laptop will run on the standard Chrome OS and to be honest, you wouldn’t expect anything more than this. This is because the Chromebook 2 is supposed to be minimalistic!

Due to a combination of the features, it must be said that this is a very impressive cheap Chromebook. It certainly seems to be one of the top choices for consumers at this moment in time!

However, if you don’t really want to buy a Chromebook and would prefer another Toshiba laptop, read this post.
